Interview on SBS Hrvatski: Talking About My New Thriller The Fall

I’m thrilled to share that I was recently interviewed on SBS Hrvatski, where I spoke about my new thriller The Fall. You can listen to the full interview here.

The Fall is set in Croatia in June 2013 and serves as the prequel to The Uneasy Silence. The story follows Emir “Eddy” Muravic, a Detective Sergeant with the Australian Federal Police, who travels to visit family in the former Yugoslav state. His plans for a quiet holiday are shattered when Avigail Iversen, the daughter of Australia’s Attorney General, is found dead in Krka National Park. What begins as a tragic case quickly escalates into a political flashpoint, forcing Eddy into a tense investigation against the backdrop of a nation still grappling with its past and adjusting to its new role within the European Union.

Joining him is Sasha Jankovic, an Interpol Liaison Officer of Serbian descent. Together, they must navigate cultural divides, old rivalries, and dangerous truths buried deep within Croatia’s history. As the investigation unfolds, the question remains: can they overcome the weight of the past to uncover what really happened to Avigail?
